Refund Policy

Theme Color is committed to delivering high-quality design and development services while maintaining a professional and transparent relationship with clients.

Due to the digital nature of services and the instant access provided upon delivery, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable. Clients are strongly encouraged to review project scope, requirements, and available previews carefully before proceeding.

1. General Policy

As digital services cannot be returned once work has begun or delivered, refunds are not typically provided under standard circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Full Refund (100%)

If a project is canceled before 20% of the work has been completed, a full refund may be issued.

Partial Refund

If cancellation occurs after 20% of the work has been completed, a partial refund may be considered. The amount will be determined based on the portion of work completed and resources used.

No Refund

Once the project has been fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Exceptional Cases

In rare situations, partial resolutions or alternative solutions may be offered to ensure client satisfaction. However, such decisions are made solely at the discretion of Theme Color and are not guaranteed.

4. Project Completion

A project is considered complete once all final deliverables have been provided or the website has been deployed as agreed.

After this stage, all payments are final and non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:
  • Clearly defining project requirements before starting
  • Reviewing previews, samples, or references carefully
  • Ensuring full understanding of the project scope and deliverables
